We do extensive research to arrive at an appropriate suggested asking price for your home, including a tour of your property and a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). Recent comparative sales are very helpful in arriving at a price, but experience can often be more important in a market that offers a wide array of property types. We alert cooperating agents of a new listing through MLS and LINK immediately after signing a listing contract with our clients, and regularly accompany brokers and their buyers to private showings of your home. Our "team approach" also allows us to dedicate one of our agents to co-broke sales to ensure that cooperating agents have access to all of our listings at all times.
